Careers in Line Marking
Whiteline Road Services has ongoing positions available to
Experienced Line Markers
All levels considered.
Work includes but not limited to:
- Application (or assistance) of various line marking materials
- General housekeeping
- Day and night shifts as required with overtime available
- You need to be available for occasional weekend
- and away work for up to 7 days at a time.
- Positive interaction skills with colleagues, customers and the public are expected.
- Award rates are paid with overtime and living away expenses paid when applicable.
MUST HAVE:
- Hands-on experience in the application of various marking materials
- Medium rigid truck licence (minimum) - Manual
- Traffic Controller Tickets - Implement Traffic Control Plan
- White Construction Card
- Ability to read and understand plans / set out new works / or follow directions
- Reasonable mathematics knowledge essential
- General maintenance of machinery knowledge
- Authorised Driving record check
- Able to work in a team or independent with minimal supervision
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test when required (site and client-based)
- Own reliable transport
OTHER SKILLS (NOT ESSENTIAL)
- Welding/fabrication - minor jobs
- Forklift ticket
- Mechanical skills
